The first 25 founding members lock in the opening rate for a year and get first pick of the seven private offices.
Green Door is a membership work club on the upper floor of The Webster Building, a 1913 brick broom factory at 300 Webster Street NW in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It offers seven private offices, open seating, two conference rooms, a café with coffee and tea, and free parking, and it opens in early 2027. Green Door is the only work club on the west side north of downtown Grand Rapids.

Three minutes north of downtown, right between 131 and the river. Free parking onsite and nearby, and scooter access from local companies.

Members come and go around the clock, every day of the year. Coffee and tea are on us.

Phone booths, private offices, meeting rooms and a café, all under one roof. Add a business mailing address at 300 Webster as an option.
Founding members pay the opening rate for twelve months after we open and choose their office or seat before anyone else. The list closes at 25 founding members or on opening day, whichever comes first.

Green Door takes its name from a piece of history uncovered inside The Webster Building, a 1913 broom factory on the west side of Grand Rapids. Hidden behind a wall for decades, an original green-painted door emerged during renovation, an unexpected discovery that became the foundation for something new.
More than a name or a place, Green Door is an invitation: to come in, find your people, and move forward.
